She joined the ABC Northern Tasmania newsroom in 2019, after studying and freelance reporting in Europe.
April has covered courts, politics, and general news, but investigative journalism is her passion. From sourcing documents about drinking water contamination to investigating the disappearance of a teenage girl. April’s curiosity and drive to expose the truth fuels her passion for storytelling.
